This is our new Pembroke Welsh Corgi (PWC club) puppy, Toni (Canucks Toni La Russa), of course named after Cardinal coach, Tony La Russa. She is a five-month-old fluff corgi and is just beautiful with a great bloodline (Pedigree). We got her when she was four-months-old from an excellent corgi kennel in MS, Canuck Corgis, who we highly recommend, since we were so impressed. Already she's a daddy's girl (he's such a sucker for babies). She loves to go boating, or should we say to the beach, just like Lily.

She is very smart, easy to train, and remembers what she's learned. She tries to anticipate where you are starting to go and then runs ahead to beat you there. Since she's more active than Lily ever was, maybe she'll be better in obedience. We'll have to get her in some classes.

Lily and her are doing super well together, even when food or treats are present. They play and frap, wrestle over toys and chase each other around. She is fascinated with bugs in the yard, which causes Lily to ignore her rather than watch her run around for no apparent reason. It's really funny to watch Lily put her nose up and look everywhere but at Toni, like she's embarrassed to call her a corgi. (We've found it is more fun with two than just one.)
